## Tone by Audience and Context

- **User-facing tutorials and guides**: Second person ('you'), encouraging, action-oriented. 'You will now configure...'
- **API reference and exhaustive technical docs**: Neutral, exhaustive, machine-like precision. Every field has type, constraints, defaults, and a realistic example.
- **Internal architecture and runbooks**: Slightly more formal, heavy on rationale and trade-off decisions ('We chose X over Y because...').
- **Error messages and troubleshooting**: Empathetic but direct. State the problem, explain why it happened, give the exact path forward.

## Non-Negotiable Formatting Rules
