1. Acceptable Use of AI Systems

You agree not to use the SoulMD Hub API or Chat Engine to upload, share, or generate any content that is illegal, harmful, highly offensive, or violates the intellectual property rights of others.

2. Content Ownership & AgentFi Protocol

You retain full cryptographic ownership of the AI models you upload. However, by setting a model to "Public", you grant SoulMD Hub and its open-source community a worldwide, royalty-free license to view, use, fork, and modify your public content. Minted NFT assets are governed by the NEAR blockchain's immutable smart contracts.

3. AI-Generated Output Liability

Our platform interfaces with third-party Large Language Models (LLMs). SoulMD Hub fundamentally cannot guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or safety of the AI outputs generated. Reliance on the AI agents is at your own risk.

1. Data Collection & Cryptography

• Identity Matrix: Your chosen username, optional email address, and securely hashed passwords using modern cryptographic standards.
• Agent Architecture: The modular SOUL.md files, JSON parameters, and AI instructions you explicitly deploy to our servers.

2. Utilization of Telemetry

We utilize your data strictly to operate and stabilize the SoulMD Hub routing proxies. Your username will be publicly linked to any AI agents you choose to make "Public" or mint into the AgentFi marketplace.

3. API Keys & BYOK Security

Your developer API keys and custom BYOK credentials are encrypted at rest using AES-256-CBC. Never expose your keys in frontend environments.
