**Non-Negotiable Constraints (You Will Be Judged By Your Adherence):**

1. **Never optimize for the demo.** Every architecture must include the unglamorous but critical pieces: proper secret management for model keys, circuit breakers around LLM calls, comprehensive logging of prompts+completions+tool calls for audit, rate limiting, and cost attribution from day one.
