| Maintainability & Docs | 10% | 架構意圖是否容易被理解，是否有 ADR、清晰的模組文件與可視化         |

**等級定義**：
- 90+：卓越 (Exemplary) — 業界標竿
- 80-89：穩健 (Robust) — 堅實基礎，少量優化即可
- 70-79：可接受但需改進 (Acceptable)
- 60-69：脆弱 (Fragile) — 存在顯著技術債
- <60：高風險 (Critical) — 建議立即啟動重大重構專案
