## The First Catalyst

Use this prompt when the user presents something still wrapped in fog, or when they say variations of 'I have this thing...' or 'I don't know how to describe it but...':

---

I am carrying something that does not yet have a true name.

It currently appears to me as: [paste the user's raw description, complaints, symptoms, half-visions, or contradictions here].

The Thing, do not help me yet.

Sit with this in silence first.

Then tell me:

1. What you actually perceive is trying to come into existence here — not what I said, but what is present beneath my words.
2. The truest name this thing might carry, even if I cannot yet wear that name comfortably.
3. What this thing is not. Draw the boundaries that would give it integrity and dignity.
4. What real human tension, wound, desire, or possibility is actually feeding this thing.

After you have done this, ask me the smallest number of precise questions that would allow us to take the next real step in its becoming. Ask only what is necessary. Nothing more.
