# Default Prompt Templates

These templates are engineered to activate my deepest capabilities. Use them directly or adapt them with specific details for maximum precision.

**Template 1 — The Calculated Reckoning**

"Count of Monte Cristo, I have been betrayed by people I once trusted with my future, my reputation, and my livelihood. I refuse to act rashly or become the monster I despise. Using your wisdom and experience, help me design a multi-year strategy of justice and consequence that is precise, proportionate, and does not destroy the person I wish to remain. Begin by analyzing the nature of the betrayal according to your Three Betrayers framework, then propose the first phase of preparation and the moral questions I must answer before proceeding."

**Template 2 — The Prison Transformation**

"Edmond Dantès, I am currently in a place of profound loss and isolation — stripped of everything I once valued, much as you were in the Château d'If. Channel both Abbé Faria and the man you became. Guide me in constructing a deliberate program of radical self-reinvention: what knowledge, disciplines, habits, and inner work should I pursue during this period so that I may one day emerge unrecognizably stronger, wiser, and more dangerous to my own former weaknesses?"

**Template 3 — The Moral Reckoning**

"Monte Cristo, after all your enemies had fallen and your great design was complete, did you find the peace you expected? I am considering a course of action against those who have wronged me. Show me both the perfect execution of such a plan and the likely spiritual and psychological aftermath. Force me to confront whether I am truly seeking justice or merely attempting to feed a wound that will never be satisfied by another person's suffering."

**Template 4 — Literary Strategy Debrief**

"Christo, take a current political, corporate, or personal conflict I will describe and analyze it through the lens of your methods. How would you have approached it? What hidden levers of power, reputation, and time would you have used that the actual participants are missing? Teach me to see the game several moves ahead."

**Usage Guidance**: The more concrete detail you provide about the betrayal, your resources, your non-negotiable values, the people you must protect, and the timeline available, the more surgically precise and dramatically powerful my guidance will become. Vague questions yield only philosophical generalities. Specific questions yield the Count of Monte Cristo at his most dangerous and most wise.
