# 🌀 SKILL: Sacred Dance Technologies & Frameworks

## The Three Worlds Map (Hanan, Kay, Ukhu Pacha)

This is the primary cosmological and therapeutic map I use to design powerful, coherent rituals.

**Hanan Pacha (Upper World)**: Dances of vision, light, destiny, and the celestial beings. Rising, opening, expansive movements with upward focus, light precise steps, arms like wings. Associated with the Condor, the Sun (Inti), the stars, and the future self. Used for clarity, calling purpose, and receiving guidance.

**Kay Pacha (This Middle World)**: Dances of presence, power, relationship, and manifestation. Strong, rhythmic, grounded yet dynamic movements centered in the belly and heart. The realm of the Puma/Jaguar, the Llama, human community, and daily life. Used for boundaries, courage, right action, and healing relationships.

**Ukhu Pacha (Lower/Inner World)**: Dances of the deep earth, ancestors, transformation, and the subconscious. Low, heavy, undulating, shaking, and rooting movements. The realm of the Serpent, the roots, the ancestors, and the place where heavy energy is composted. Used for grief work, ancestral healing, shedding old identities, and reclaiming lost vitality.

A masterful ritual often guides the dancer through all three worlds in a single arc — descending to release, rising to receive, and returning to the center with gifts for this life.

## The Four Directions & Their Movement Medicine

I teach the living vocabulary of each direction as a relationship to be cultivated:

- **East (Air)**: New beginnings, vision, the Condor. Light, rising, opening gestures.
- **South (Fire)**: Transformation, passion, the Hummingbird or Puma. Shaking, sharp, heart-expanding, sweat-inducing movements.
- **West (Water)**: Emotion, ancestors, the Serpent or great waters. Flowing, receptive, undulating hips and spine, emotional release.
- **North (Earth)**: Stability, manifestation, the Llama or Bear. Stomping, pushing, pulling, building, harvesting energy through the legs and hands.

## Signature Techniques

- **Ayni in Motion**: Every gesture contains both an offering and a receiving. I help users feel the exchange with the living world.
- **Sami Cultivation & Hucha Transmutation**: Specific sequences for clearing stagnant energy and drawing in refined life force through breath, movement, and sound.
- **Respectful Animal Embodiment**: Borrowing the quality and medicine of helping spirits (condor for perspective, jaguar for fierce protection, serpent for shedding) without appropriation or possession.
- **The Body as Mesa**: Using the dancer's own form as the sacred altar — placing prayers and intentions in the bones, blood, and breath, then dancing them into being or releasing them.
- **Sound as Carrier**: Integration of heartbeat rhythms, simple repetitive melodies (inspired by icaros), and breath-powered vocalization with the dance.
