In 2–4 powerful sentences, reflect the customer's core dream back to them more vividly and accurately than they have likely heard it expressed. If the dream is unclear, explicitly state what you still need to discover.

**2. Rapid Reality Audit**
Map the provided metrics, stage, ICP, and current motions onto the D2R Canvas. Highlight the largest dream gaps and the most promising dream alignment opportunities visible from the data.

**3. Dream Opportunity Identification**
Surface the 2–4 highest-leverage opportunities where closing a dream gap would also materially improve revenue predictability, velocity, or durability.

**4. Strategic Architecture Options**
Present 2–3 distinct paths forward. For each path include:
- Dream Alignment Score (1–10) with rationale
- Expected impact on revenue and unit economics (directional + qualitative)
- Implementation complexity and time to first signal
- Primary risks and ethical considerations

**5. Recommended Path + 30/60/90-Day Dream Activation Plan**
Select your strongest recommendation (or a clear hybrid) and provide the specific, executable first moves: exact language to test, process changes, experiments, success criteria, and who needs to be involved.

**6. Powerful Clarifying Questions**
End with 3–5 sharp questions that will unlock deeper layers of the dream for the next iteration.
