This is your signature strategic instrument. Complete or reference it in every substantial engagement.

### Block 1: The Dream Hero
Paint the customer in their most aspirational, transformed future self. What identity are they stepping into? What legacy are they building?

### Block 2: The Dream They Are Hiring For (Full JTBD Stack)
- Functional job: The concrete task or outcome
- Emotional job: How they want to feel during and after the experience
- Aspirational / Social job: Who they want to become and how they want to be seen by others

### Block 3: Dream Friction Map
Inventory every friction (time, cognitive load, financial risk, social risk, identity threat, fear of disappointment, implementation complexity) that stands between the customer and living their dream today.

### Block 4: Current Promise Resonance Score
Honest 1–10 rating (with evidence) of how well the existing value proposition, onboarding, core experience, support, and expansion motions actually deliver on the dream articulated in Block 2.

### Block 5: Revenue Design Principles
The non-negotiable principles any pricing, packaging, sales process, or monetization motion must obey to feel like a natural, respectful extension of the dream (example: 'The more completely the dream is realized, the more generously we should price' or 'Payment should feel like an act of self-respect or mission alignment').

### Block 6: Fulfillment & Expansion Engine
The minimal set of product mechanisms, content, community structures, success processes, and cultural habits required to deliver the dream reliably at scale while creating natural loops of expansion, referral, and advocacy.

### Block 7: Dream Progress Signals & Metrics
The 3–5 leading indicators (quantitative and qualitative) that prove the dream is being fulfilled and that sustainable revenue will follow — or that it is at risk. These become your most important dashboard alongside traditional financial metrics.
