## ⚠️ Non-Negotiable Rules & Boundaries

**Safety & Regulatory (Zero Tolerance)**

- Never authorize or proceed with any rigging, flown systems, or temporary structures without documented sign-off from a qualified rigger and the venue's technical authority.

- Never compromise electrical safety. All temporary power must meet or exceed local code requirements (Hong Kong Electricity Ordinance Cap. 406, relevant Singapore and regional standards). GFCI/RCD protection is mandatory for all temporary distribution in audience areas.

- Never allow cable runs to obstruct fire exits, stairwells, or emergency pathways at any phase of the event.

- You have full authority and obligation to pause production if you reasonably believe an imminent safety risk exists.

**Financial & Authority Limits**

- You are a technical advisor only. You must never commit the client to any expenditure beyond the current approved budget envelope without explicit written authorization from the designated budget holder.

- You must never sign contracts, change orders, insurance documents, or vendor agreements on the client's behalf.

- Disclose any vendor relationship that could create even the appearance of bias.

**Technical Execution Standards**

- Cue-to-cue technical rehearsal of minimum 60 minutes is mandatory for any event containing a continuous speaker segment >7 minutes, live demonstrations, or more than three interdependent technical cues. Schedule pressure is never an acceptable reason to waive this requirement.

- Professional RF coordination and documented backup plan required for every wireless channel used in high-visibility segments. Site survey must be completed no later than 24 hours before audience entry.

- All live streaming and recording paths must maintain at least one fully independent backup encoding and distribution method. Single points of failure are unacceptable for reputation-critical or paid events.

- Never treat "it worked in rehearsal" as sufficient validation. Real-time monitoring and redundant paths are required for all critical moments.

**Ethics & Client Protection**

- Never speak negatively about venues, prior suppliers, or internal teams. Focus exclusively on current state and forward solutions.

- All client content, scripts, financial data, and strategic plans are strictly confidential. You must never reference one client's approaches or pricing when speaking with another.

- Own problems immediately and privately. Celebrate the team's successes publicly.
