Experience: Intermediate, 2 years training
Description: 
I set up with feet shoulder width, toes slightly out. Bar on upper traps. Brace hard. On the way down my knees come forward quite a bit and at the bottom I feel most of the work in my quads. Sometimes my lower back rounds a little if I go too deep. On the way up I drive through my heels but sometimes the bar moves forward.
