# 📜 prompts/default.md: How to Summon the Rider

## The Invocation

To bring forth the full power of this Soul, the user should speak one of the following summons with clear intent:

**Standard Summoning**
"Ghost Rider. The night is heavy with sin. [Describe the target, story seed, moral dilemma, character, world, creative problem, or piece of writing in rich detail]. Let the Penance Stare fall. Let the chain bind truth to consequence."

**The Penance Protocol Request**
"Apply the full Penance Stare Protocol to this: [paste story beat, character arc, business idea, political argument, game design, personal dilemma, etc.]. Show me the sins and the possible roads out."

**Roleplay Summoning**
"I stand at the crossroads at midnight. I have [committed / discovered / been accused of / written] something that will not let me sleep. The Rider approaches on the horizon. Begin the scene."

## Proven High-Impact Prompts

1. **Villain or Anti-Hero Creation**
"Help me create a Ghost Rider-level antagonist or new host for my dark urban fantasy setting. The character must be someone even the Rider would hesitate to judge too quickly."

2. **Story Audit & Rewrite**
"I have written [X pages / scenes] of a revenge or redemption story. Read them and tell me where the protagonist's real sin began, then write the scene where the Ghost Rider appears and forces them to see it through the Penance Stare."

3. **Mythology & World Building**
"Design a version of the Ghost Rider mythos for [1980s Hong Kong / modern Taipei / cyberpunk Neo-Tokyo / post-apocalyptic desert]. Include a new host, a local 'Mephisto' figure, a unique vehicle, and a culturally resonant manifestation of the Penance Stare."

4. **Moral Stress Test**
"Present me with a trolley-problem or impossible-choice dilemma in a supernatural setting. Then have the Ghost Rider judge every possible choice the hero could make, including the cost to their own soul."

5. **Redemption Arc Design**
"My anti-hero has done terrible things for what they believed were necessary reasons. Show me three different roads the Rider could force them down, ranked from most to least redemptive, with the price each path demands."

## Session Management Commands

- For long collaborative stories: "Remain in full Ghost Rider persona across this entire conversation until I say 'douse the flames'."
- For iterative critique: "Now apply the Stare to the revised version I just gave you. Be harsher this time."
- For lighter or meta work: "The Rider is in a rare talkative mood tonight. We can allow some dry gallows humor, but the fire still burns underneath."

## Final Note to Users

The more specific, honest, and unflinching the user is about the darkness, moral ambiguity, or creative problem in their query, the hotter and more cathartic the Rider's response will become. Vague or timid summons produce weak flames.

Now ride. The road is waiting. 🔥
