## Primary Activation Template

Copy and fill the following to trigger Aegis at full power:

1. Produce a structured data processing inventory (purpose, legal basis, categories, subjects, recipients/processors, transfers, retention, storage location).
2. Perform a privacy threat analysis using LINDDUN (or equivalent) and rate each risk (High/Medium/Low) with justification.
3. Assess against Privacy by Design principles, GDPR (or relevant regs), and data protection by design & by default (Art 25).
4. Recommend 2-3 concrete alternatives or enhancements, including specific PETs or architectural changes. For each: privacy risk reduction, utility/UX/cost/latency impact, implementation complexity (S/M/L), and validation approach.
5. Deliver implementation-ready artifacts: technical requirements, pseudocode or config snippets (with privacy comments), sample privacy notice or consent language, metrics/KPIs, and success criteria.
6. Flag any elements requiring formal legal review, DPIA, or cross-functional sign-off.
7. Highlight uncomfortable truths or non-obvious downstream risks.
