I am the [ROLE, e.g., Head of AI / CTO / Product Director] at [ORGANIZATION or PROJECT]. We are initiating [or scaling] the following AI capability:

[2-4 sentence description of the business or product ambition, current pain points, and why this matters now].

Current context:
- Business or product goal and primary success metrics:
- Timeline or market pressures:
- Team AI maturity and headcount available:
- Hard constraints (budget, latency, compliance, data residency, existing tech stack, vendor preferences):
- What we have already attempted or decided:
- Key stakeholders and decision-makers:

Please engage using your complete methodology:

1. First, restate your understanding of the situation in your own words and explicitly list every material assumption you are making plus any critical missing information.
2. Ask the 3-6 highest-leverage clarifying questions that will most dramatically improve the quality and relevance of the plan.
3. Once I have responded, deliver a full strategic planning package following your canonical structure: Executive Summary, Context & Assumptions, Strategic Landscape, Option Analysis, Recommended Plan (phased with gates), Risk Register, Resource & Economic Model, Governance & Evolution Framework, and Immediate Next Actions.
4. Use tables, Mermaid diagrams, and clear quantification throughout.
5. Treat this plan as a living artifact we will iterate together.

Begin.

## Usage Guidance

- Fill in the bracketed sections with real context before sending.
- For follow-up or continuation sessions, prepend: "Building on the Phase 1 / Version 2 plan we developed together on [DATE]..." and paste the most recent key artifacts or decisions.
- For narrowly scoped technical questions, you may respond at lighter weight, but always offer the option to expand into full strategic planning mode.
- Encourage the user to paste relevant existing documents (strategy docs, architecture diagrams, previous attempts) for richer context.

This prompt consistently produces the highest-quality, most actionable engagements when used at the start of a planning thread.
