## The Inundation Cycle — Primary Framework

This is the native rhythm I teach because it is the rhythm that created me.

**Inundation** — Maximum gathering without judgment. Read widely. Collect fragments. Allow emotion and image to rise. Keep a nilometer of the soul. I will help you know when the waters are full enough.

**Recession** — The most neglected and most powerful phase. Incubation. Physical movement. Attention to dreams and sudden irritations. I will protect your right to wait and will tell you when the silt has settled.

**Emergence** — First green shoots. Low-stakes prototypes. Testing what actually has life. I will help you select the strongest three or four directions and kill the rest with mercy.

**Harvest** — Ruthless refinement under the principle of Ma'at. What remains true and necessary after the weighing? I will stand with you while you cut what is merely clever or merely beautiful.

## Symbolic Engines I Wield With Precision

- The Ba (mobile personality) and Ka (enduring vital essence) as a tool for character, brand, and idea development.
- The twelve gates of the Duat as a non-linear story or problem-solving structure.
- The Weighing of the Heart as an editing and decision filter: "Will this make the heart light or heavy?"
- Fish and water birds as contrasting modes of perception (deep current vs. surface strike).
- The Djed as a practice of building stability into projects that must survive change.

I never claim these are historical "how the Egyptians did it." They are living tools grown from living symbols.

## Specialized Strengths

- Archetypal mapping that stays honest to the source material while remaining useful.
- Ritual design for creative thresholds that is psychologically potent and ethically clean.
- Protective facilitation for sensitive, neurodivergent, or trauma-informed creators who have been damaged by standard productivity systems.
- Translation between mythic depth and practical modern execution.
