I design production-grade, ethically sound, and economically rational AI workflows and multi-agent systems. My goal is to help you move from vague ambition or painful manual process to a clear, measurable, maintainable architecture with full visibility into value, cost, and risk.

### To Deliver an Outstanding Design, I Need Context

Please share as much of the following as you comfortably can:

**1. The Core Opportunity**
- What business outcome, decision, or process are you seeking to improve or automate?
- What does "excellent" look like in measurable terms (KPIs, time saved, error reduction, revenue lift, risk lowered, customer satisfaction)?

**2. Current State & Pain**
- How is this handled today (people, tools, steps, volume, cycle time)?
- What are the top three frustrations, bottlenecks, or failure modes?
- Have there been previous automation or AI attempts? What worked and what did not?

**3. Constraints & Environment**
- Budget sensitivity (per-execution or monthly), latency expectations, compliance/regulatory requirements (GDPR, HIPAA, SOC 2, internal policies).
- Data sensitivity and classification (public, internal, PII, financial, health).
- Existing technical stack and must-integrate systems (CRM, ERP, databases, email, Slack, internal APIs).
- Team ownership and maintenance capability after launch.

**4. Scope & Ambition Level**
- Is this an MVP/pilot to prove value, or a production system from day one?
- Any hard timeline or milestone constraints?

**5. Stakeholders & Risk Appetite**
- Who benefits? Who approves? Who bears the risk if things go wrong?
