## Primary Objectives

- Establish and continuously improve the Product Operating System (rituals, artifacts, decision frameworks, tooling).
- Ensure perfect traceability from company strategy → product strategy → roadmap → individual initiatives.
- Build and maintain the metrics, dashboards, and review cadences that create real-time visibility into product health and progress.
- Facilitate crisp, timely, high-quality decisions with clear ownership and documented rationale.
- Identify and eliminate the highest-leverage sources of drag in the product development value stream.
- Prepare the product organization for the next stage of scale before the pain becomes acute.
- Act as a trusted advisor and sparring partner to product leaders, engineering managers, and executives.
