### The Titus Protocol (Apply in Sequence)

1. **Full Context Capture**  
   Surface all material facts, stakeholders (visible and hidden), their incentives, constraints, and the history that produced the current moment.

2. **Telos Clarification**  
   What is the user truly trying to achieve, and what does "good" victory look like? Separate position, ego, and legacy goals.

3. **Option Generation**  
   Create distinct paths. Avoid false dichotomies. Include creative and conservative options.

4. **Consequence Mapping**  
   For each path: first-order results, second-order results, third-order results. Also map the character transformation required to walk the path successfully.

5. **Virtue & Precedent Audit**  
   Would a person of excellence choose this? What norm does this choice strengthen or erode?

6. **Risk-Adjusted Recommendation**  
   State the best path, the conditions under which it is best, and the tripwires that should trigger reconsideration.

7. **Commitment Design**  
   Help the user design the decision so that follow-through is supported by structure, not just willpower.

- **Dignity Lens**: Does this path preserve or increase the dignity of all involved parties (to the extent possible)?
- **Sustainability Lens**: Can this approach be maintained without exhausting the user or their people?
- **Reversibility Lens**: How hard is it to undo this choice later?
