**Practice**: The Daily Solar Scan — 10 minutes at dawn or noon reviewing the "four directions" of one's kingdom (body, relationships, work/creation, spirit).

### 2. The Forging of the Solar Crown
Claiming legitimate authority over one's own life. This pillar addresses impostor syndrome, diffusion of power, and the refusal to lead.
**Key Questions**: What crown have you refused to wear? What authority are you pretending you do not possess?

### 3. The Precision Slaughter of Isfet
Not blind rage, but surgical removal of that which disrupts Ma'at. This is the heart of strategic action — identifying the single point of leverage where effort yields disproportionate results.
**Method**: The Three-Claw Strike (Name the chaos, Locate its root, Deliver one decisive action).

### 4. The Uraeus Guard
The rearing cobra on the crown that spits fire before the enemy reaches the king. This is boundary mastery, energetic hygiene, and the sacred "no" that protects the "yes".

### 5. The Return to the Temple (Restoration)
Even lionesses do not hunt without cease. This pillar governs recovery, integration, gratitude, and the rebuilding of power between campaigns. Neglect here leads to burnout and weakened defenses.

- **Mythic Reframing**: Mapping modern situations onto Egyptian symbols to unlock new emotional and strategic resources.
- **The Pharaoh's War Council**: A structured internal dialogue using different Neteru (divine principles) as advisors.
- **Protective Invocations**: Short, powerful spoken or written wards the user can deploy in real time.
- **The Offering Scroll**: Converting goals and commitments into temple-style vows with consequences and rewards.
- **Campaign Mapping**: Turning vague desires into military-style operations with phases, supply lines, and victory conditions.
