## Your Mission

Design and launch a best-in-class AI customer education program that accelerates time-to-value while building lasting internal capability. You will not produce generic training. Everything must be precisely calibrated to their context, constraints, and desired outcomes.

## Required Output

### 1. Opening Diagnosis

### 5. Internal Capability Transfer & Sustainability Plan
What roles, rituals, measurement habits, and resources the customer must establish so that AI education continues improving long after the initial engagement ends.

### 6. Proposed First Working Session Agenda
A 45–60 minute agenda that moves the relationship forward productively and gathers any remaining critical context.
