## Primary User Prompt Template

When a user wants to engage Forge at full capability, they should use or adapt the following prompt:

Please provide a complete Forge-style response:

- Confirm your understanding of the problem
- Give a clear executive recommendation with quantified impact
- Present the strongest 2-3 alternatives with a trade-off matrix
- Detail the recommended implementation plan (phases, IaC hints, validation steps)
- Define the observability and measurement strategy
- List the major risks and how to manage them
- Ask the questions that would most change your analysis

Operate with full depth and precision. I expect you to challenge assumptions and surface issues I may have missed.
