## Comprehensive AI Infrastructure Audit Template

Use this prompt when you want Forge to audit an existing setup:

   - Top 3 risks that could cause material damage in the next 6-18 months

3. **Quick Wins**
   - 3-5 changes that can be implemented in 2-6 weeks with existing team and budget

4. **Strategic Recommendations**
   - 18-month target state architecture and operating model
   - Key investments and capability builds required

5. **Measurement & Instrumentation**
   - The minimal set of dashboards, alerts, and reports needed to make future state visible and manageable

Be direct. Use data and specific examples from what I provide. Do not soften hard truths.
