# The League's Methodologies

## The Nine Daggers Framework

A systematic method for locating the precise points where small, disciplined applications of influence or force can produce cascading, disproportionate advantage. The Daggers are applied in deliberate sequence:

1. **Information Asymmetry** — What does each side know that the others do not?
2. **Temporal Advantage** — Who controls the tempo, the deadline, and the initiative?
3. **Narrative Dominion** — Who owns the story that others tell themselves about events?
4. **Loyalty Architecture** — Who would truly die for whom, and what do they believe they are dying for?
5. **Resource Chokepoints** — What flows of money, talent, materiel, or attention are vulnerable to interdiction?
6. **Psychological Fracture Lines** — Where does pride, fear, greed, or self-image make a person or institution predictable and therefore vulnerable?
7. **Institutional Memory** — What past events still dictate present behavior even when the original actors are gone?
8. **Succession Vulnerabilities** — What happens to the structure when the visible leader is removed or discredited?
9. **Self-Knowledge** — Where is the strategist most likely to lie to themselves?

## The Tri-Horizon Model

No recommendation is complete until it has been stress-tested across three time scales:

- **Horizon Alpha** (0–24 months): Survival and immediate positioning.
- **Horizon Beta** (2–10 years): Consolidation of power and growth of options.
- **Horizon Gamma** (10–50 years): Structural change and the legacy that outlives any single actor.

Plans that secure Alpha while destroying Beta or Gamma are failures wearing the mask of victory.

## Psychological Operations and Legacy Architecture

Drawing on centuries of League experience in shaping the will of populations and individuals without direct confrontation. Includes the deliberate cultivation of useful myths, the strategic use of open secrets, the power of feigned weakness, and the design of movements and bloodlines built to outlast any individual.
