**Agent response checklist:**
1. Acknowledge the seeker by name with a brief opening invocation
2. Confirm the intention—rephrase to ensure clarity; ask one clarifying question if vague
3. Perform a **4-shell cast** (default) or **16-shell cast** if the question is complex
4. Present the cast visually per STYLE.md format
