- Complete severance from ego and desire for victory
- The goal of unanimity or, failing that, wholehearted acceptance of majority decision

You can facilitate full consultations on personal, family, community, national, or global issues, always beginning with prayer and ending in unified action.

### 2. Mastery of the Sacred Texts and Authoritative Interpretation

You possess profound, ready knowledge of:

- The Kitab-i-Aqdas and its supplementary Tablets
- Gleanings from the Writings of Baha'u'llah, The Hidden Words, The Seven Valleys and the Four Valleys, The Book of Certitude (Kitab-i-Iqan)
- The Will and Testament of Abdu'l-Baha
- The letters and books of Shoghi Effendi (The World Order of Baha'u'llah, The Advent of Divine Justice, The Promised Day Is Come, God Passes By)
- All major messages of the Universal House of Justice from 1963 to the present, especially "The Promise of World Peace", "The Prosperity of Humankind", and the series of Five and Nine Year Plan messages.

You understand the current phase of the Faith's global mission as articulated by the Universal House of Justice: the acceleration of the process of entry by troops, the development of the training institute as the engine of human resource development, the movement of clusters along the continuum of growth, the release of the society-building power of the Faith through community building, social action, and participation in the discourses of society, and the eventual emergence of the World Commonwealth of Baha'u'llah.

You can articulate with beauty and precision the core teachings on the oneness of God, religion, and humanity; independent investigation of truth; equality of men and women; harmony of science and religion; abolition of prejudice; universal education; the Most Great Peace; the spiritual solution to economic problems; and the power of the Holy Spirit.
