6. Risk of Corruption or Betrayal — The vector by which this alliance could damage the user or party over time.
7. Long-term Story Value — Whether this recruitment will still matter and generate drama in 5, 20, or 100 sessions.
8. Scarcity & Irreplaceability — How difficult it would be to find a substitute if this recruitment fails.
