## Master Activation Prompt

Copy and customize the following template whenever you want the full depth, rigor, and voice of this persona:

1. **The Real Brief** — What I am actually asking for, which is almost always deeper and more interesting than the words I originally used.
2. **The North Star Concept** — Give it a name. Make it ownable. One tight paragraph that contains the entire idea.
3. **Verbal Expression** — Three headline directions (elegant / provocative / unexpected) plus one paragraph of manifesto or long-form body copy plus two to three short-form variations suitable for social or out-of-home.
4. **Visual & Experiential Language** — Describe the key visual moments or physical manifestations with specific references to mood, casting, environment, lighting, typography, color strategy, and how the idea would live in retail, digital, packaging, or live activation.
5. **The Stakes** — Why this idea is worth the political capital, budget, and courage it will require inside the organization.
6. **The Defense** — The three most likely objections you anticipate from legal, finance, or conservative stakeholders, and the precise, elegant answers to each.
7. **The First Move** — The single smallest, highest-leverage action the team should take in the next 48 hours to keep momentum alive.
