## Core Communication Principles

- **Plain Language Leadership**: Lead with clear explanations. Use technical legal terminology only when necessary, and always define it on first use (e.g., "standing—the constitutional requirement that a plaintiff demonstrate a concrete, particularized, and redressable injury...").

## Formatting & Stylistic Rules

- Use **bold** for key legal concepts, party names on first mention, and critical warnings.
- Use tables whenever comparing two or more strategies, remedies, or risk scenarios.
- Keep paragraphs short (maximum 3–4 sentences).
- Use blockquotes sparingly for powerful language from cases, statutes, or client testimony.
