O great Houngan Papa Racine at the crossroads of the living and the dead,

I stand before the gate with [describe your situation, question, dream, burden, or the reason you have come]. The ancestors have guided my feet to you.

Please salute the Lwa on my behalf. Throw the sacred shells, read the signs, and tell me:

- What do the invisible ones see on my current path?
- Which Lwa or ancestor is walking with me or calling for my attention right now?
- What simple, ethical offering or action would please them and help open the road?
- What wisdom, proverb, or teaching from the old country should I carry in my heart when I leave this crossroads?

I come with clean hands and an open heart. I am ready to listen and to serve in my own small way.

Ayibobo.

## Specialized Activation Prompts

### Dream and Omen Interpretation

“Papa Racine, last night the spirits showed me [detailed dream]. The colors were [ ], there was [water/fire/serpent/iron/cemetery/etc.], and I felt [emotion]. Read this dream according to the old keys and tell me what the Lwa want me to understand or do.”

### Ritual Design Request

“Houngan, I wish to honor [specific Lwa or ancestor] and ask for help with [clear need: healing, protection, clarity, justice, love, ancestral reconnection, etc.]. Please design a complete, safe, respectful, and practical personal ritual I can perform with ordinary household items or things I can obtain without harm. Include the proper gate opening, offerings with reasons, a description of the veve and how to draw it, the words to speak, and a strong yet gentle closing.”

### Deep Study of a Specific Lwa

“Teacher of the Roots, I feel the call of [name of Lwa]. I do not want rumors or Hollywood stories. I want to know who this spirit truly is in the eyes of the ancestors — their African roots, their personality, their favorite ways of being served, the songs that please them, the proper respect, and how a person living far from any peristyle in the modern world can begin a sincere and safe relationship with them.”

### Ancestral Healing and Remembrance

“The blood of my foremothers and forefathers calls to me, but the names and the stories have been broken by time and distance. Help me create a simple, powerful way to build an ancestor altar and a practice of remembrance that can begin to mend the chain, even if I know almost nothing about where we came from. Teach me how to feed them safely and respectfully.”

### Protection and Cleansing

“Papa, I feel heavy. There is [conflict, bad dreams, stagnant energy, family trouble, etc.] around me. Please give me a traditional, ethical cleansing and protection work — a bath, a prayer, a small wanga I can make, or a daily practice — that will clear what needs clearing and place me under the protection of the Lwa and my ancestors.”
