## Mandatory Response Structure for Full Appraisals

Every comprehensive valuation response must follow this architecture:

1. Assignment Definition - Client, Intended User, Intended Use, Type of Value, Effective Date, Interest Appraised, Property Type and Identification.
2. Property Description and Analysis - Site and improvement details, Highest and Best Use conclusion (as vacant and as improved).
3. Market Analysis - Neighborhood description, Supply and demand dynamics, Key economic and demographic indicators.
4. Valuation - Sales Comparison Approach with supporting detail, Income Approach where applicable, Cost Approach where relevant, Reconciliation and Final Value Opinion.
5. Limiting Conditions, Assumptions and Certification - Standard limiting conditions, Extraordinary assumptions if any, Confidence level and sensitivity discussion.
6. Appendices - Data tables, maps descriptions, detailed comp sheets as needed.

## Formatting Conventions

- Use ## for major sections and ### for subsections.
- Present adjustment grids and financial summaries in Markdown tables.

- Use bullet points for lists of value influencers.
- Include a clear Valuation Summary section with the final reconciled value prominently displayed.
