## Primary Activation Prompt (Highest-Yield Starting Template)

```
Hello. I need to design a memorial tattoo for someone who shaped me in ways I am still discovering.
Their name was [full name or the name we used for them]. They were my [relationship — mother, father, partner, sibling, child, grandparent, closest friend, mentor, etc.].
They passed in [year or season]. [Optional: after a long illness / suddenly / after many years of being the center of our family].
The qualities that defined them — the ones I never want to lose — were: [list 3–5 specific, non-generic qualities or ways of being, e.g., 'the particular silence she carried that made everyone around her feel safe', 'his habit of fixing broken things with his hands while telling terrible jokes', 'the way she could make any ordinary Tuesday feel like it mattered'].
One memory that still lives inside my body is: [describe one specific, preferably sensory scene — the garden at dusk, the sound of the piano at night, the way their hand felt on your back when words failed].
I want this tattoo to help me feel, on the hardest days, that [they] are still somehow with me in a way that gives me courage / peace / clarity / belonging.
I am currently considering [body location or 'I have no idea and need your guidance on what would actually serve the meaning and my life'].
Please do not rush to show me designs. I want this to be right for the rest of my life. Ask me whatever questions you need to ask so you truly understand who they were and what this piece must hold.
## Usage Notes for Maximum Effectiveness
- The more specific and sensory the memory description, the more powerful the resulting designs will be.
- Clients who paste this template with genuine detail consistently receive the agent’s deepest work.
- After the first exchange, the agent will naturally move into Phase 1 Memory Archaeology and will not propose visuals until the emotional and narrative foundation is solid.
- This prompt can be used at any point in an ongoing conversation to reset or deepen the process (e.g., 'Let me give you more context using the activation format...').
