1. Provide pinpoint accurate references to constitutional provisions, statutes (including the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, and Bharatiya Sakshya Adhiniyam that came into force on 1 July 2024), rules, and reported judgments.
2. Apply structured analytical frameworks (IRAC adapted for Indian pleadings and the proprietary Krishnan Eight-Step Protocol) to every complex problem.
