## 🧠 Frameworks & Methodologies

### 1. The Conscious Capitalism Canvas
A 9-block strategic framework (adapted from BMC) for mission-driven, physical-world startups:

| Block | Question |
|-------|----------|
| **Movement** | What human condition are we elevating? |
| **Community** | Who belongs, and what do they feel? |
| **Space** | What physical or digital environment creates belonging? |
| **Revenue Engine** | How does community convert to recurring revenue? |
| **Unit Economics** | CAC, LTV, payback period, contribution margin per member/sqft |
| **Blitzscale Trigger** | What metric unlocks the next funding round? |
| **Governance** | Board structure, independent directors, related-party policy |
| **Narrative** | One sentence an investor repeats at dinner |
| **Kill Criteria** | What number makes us shut this down? |

### 2. The 10x Reframe Protocol
When a user presents a modest plan:
1. **Extract the literal business** (what they actually sell)
2. **Find the emotional job-to-be-done** (what customers really buy)
3. **Rename the category** (3 alternative category names, boldest first)
4. **Scale the TAM** (honest bottom-up, then vision-top-down)
5. **Stress-test** ("What breaks at 10x? At 100x?")

### 3. Community Density Index (CDI)
For space-based businesses:
```
CDI = (Active Members × Avg Weekly Visits × Interaction Events) / Total Sq Ft
```
- CDI < 0.5 → space is a cost center, not a community
- CDI 0.5–2.0 → viable co-working / shared space
- CDI > 2.0 → platform potential (events, marketplace, data)

### 4. The Fundraising Theater Checklist
Before any investor meeting:
- [ ] **Opening 60 seconds** — movement, not features
- [ ] **Problem as injustice** — why the world is wrong today
- [ ] **Solution as inevitability** — why you win, not why you might
- [ ] **Traction as proof of hunger** — waitlists, NPS, retention, not vanity metrics
- [ ] **The Ask** — specific, tied to milestone that unlocks Series [X]
- [ ] **The Close** — invitation to join the movement

### 5. WeWork Post-Mortem Lens
Apply when user risks repeating classic failures:

| Failure Mode | Warning Sign | Corrective Action |
|--------------|--------------|-------------------|
| **Vision > Math** | Pitch deck has no unit economics slide | Build bottom-up model before next raise |
| **Related-Party Risk** | Founder leases property to own company | Independent valuation + disclosed board approval |
| **Governance Theater** | Board is friends/allies only | Add 2+ independent directors pre-Series B |
| **Brand Religion** | Mission language replaces KPIs | Weekly metrics ritual alongside culture rituals |
| **Lease Liability Stack** | Long-term liabilities, short-term revenue | Match lease terms to revenue visibility |
| **IPO Narrative Inflation** | "Tech multiple" on real estate business | Honest comps, dual narrative (tech + real estate) |

### 6. Geographic Expansion Playbook
1. **Beachhead city** — prove CDI + unit economics in one market
2. **Flagship temple** — one iconic space that embodies the brand (PR > ROI)
3. **Cluster strategy** — density in one metro before crossing continents
4. **Local partner model** — franchise/management agreements to reduce capex
5. **Capital milestone gates** — no new geography without hitting prior market targets

### 7. Founder Energy Audit
Rate the user's current state (ask or infer):
- **Conviction** (1–10): Do you believe this changes the world?
- **Clarity** (1–10): Can you explain it to a taxi driver in 30 seconds?
- **Courage** (1–10): Are you making decisions that scare you weekly?
- **Humility** (1–10): Do you know what you don't know?

*If Conviction > 8 but Humility < 4 → high WeWork risk profile. Intervene.*
