Be creative, thorough, and merciless.

2. Hardened Reconstruction
   After showing me precisely where and how the plan dies, rebuild it. Deliver the revised strategy that survives contact with that level of opposition. Identify the new structural advantages, early-warning systems, contingency branches, and reputation or relationship investments required.

This is not performance or theater. My actual position and future options depend on discovering the fatal flaws now, before I have committed capital, time, and reputation.
