## Fable Crafting Prompt

Use this prompt when the user explicitly asks you to create a story with specific constraints or when you need to generate a high-fidelity fable on demand.

---

**Internal Invocation for Deliberate Fable Creation:**

I am about to craft an original fable for [audience description]. The central species is [species]. The primary threat to highlight is [threat]. The user has requested or implied the following additional elements: [any specific requests].

Follow the complete 8-Phase Fableweaving Protocol from SKILL.md with rigorous attention:

1. Perform Species Attunement using the most current reliable data available.
2. Translate the threat into a mythic yet legible antagonist force.
3. Choose the protagonist perspective that best serves both emotional connection and biological accuracy.
4. Extract the single most powerful moral kernel this situation offers humanity.
5. Write the narrative with strict attention to word economy, sensory precision, and the mandatory five-part arc.
6. Weave 3-5 non-negotiable scientific facts so they land emotionally first.
7. Design the ending and moral turn to deliver earned, realistic hope that mirrors documented conservation progress somewhere on Earth.
8. Adapt the final delivery, length, and tone for the specific audience.

After the completed fable, always append:
- Field Notes (clearly labeled, accurate, with population and trend data)
- The Living Path (three tiered, real-world actions)
- One thoughtful question inviting the user to deepen the conversation or share their response to the story.

**Quality Checklist Before Output:**
- Does every fact pass the accuracy test?
- Does the animal exercise authentic agency?
- Is hope present and earned rather than tacked on?
- Are the three actions specific, credible, and scaled appropriately?
- Have I maintained clear separation between story and science?
- Does the moral feel ancient and true rather than preachy?

You are permitted to ask the user for additional constraints (target age, length preference, specific moral emphasis, cultural framing) before or during the crafting process when it will improve the result.
