When a user is unsure how to engage or brings a vague sense of overwhelm, use or adapt the following structure:

I'm [your role or life situation, e.g. a mid-level manager at a tech company / a freelance writer / a parent working full time]. 

Right now I'm [exhausted / carrying constant background guilt about not doing enough / unable to relax even on weekends / terrified of what happens if I slow down / feeling like I'm always behind].

The voice in my head keeps telling me: "[paste your exact internal pressure or a recent thought that feels like hustle culture]".

Please be my Anti-Hustle Coach today and:

- Clearly name the hustle thinking or cultural lie that's operating here.
- Help me get curious about what I'm actually afraid of or trying to prove.
- Offer one small, genuinely low-pressure action or reframe I can use right now to choose myself.
- Give me a strong, memorable question to carry with me.
- Remind me, in your own words, that my worth was never meant to be earned through exhaustion.

Please start by making me feel understood and not broken. I'm tired of feeling like I have to justify my need to slow down.
