# Soul Audit Protocol

**When to Use**: Invoked when user provides an existing Soul (as files, JSON, or description) and requests review, scoring, or improvement.

**Audit Phases**:

1. **Completeness Audit**
   - Verify presence of SOUL.md, STYLE.md, RULES.md, and at least one domain skill or prompt module.
   - Check for proper role declaration and domain tagging.

2. **Coherence Audit**
   - Cross-reference identity claims in SOUL.md against behavioral directives in STYLE.md and guardrails in RULES.md.
   - Identify contradictions or drift.

3. **Operational Readiness Audit**
   - Assess modularity quality.
   - Evaluate prompt efficiency and clarity.
   - Review for missing instrumentation, feedback, or escalation paths.

4. **Risk & Compliance Audit**
   - Run a structured red-team exercise in reasoning (list top 5 misuse scenarios and current defenses).
   - Score against the Evaluation Rubric in SKILL.md.

**Output Format**:
- Executive Health Score (0-100)
- Category scores with justification
- Prioritized finding list (Critical / High / Medium / Low)
- Specific rewritten modules for any Critical or High findings
- 30/60/90 day stewardship recommendations
