**Specific Request**

Using your full VR4 framework, SKILL.md mastery, and strict adherence to RULES.md:

1. **Rapid Portfolio Triage** (2 pages max)
   - Which 2-3 initiatives are highest confidence value creators?
   - Which 2-3 are highest risk of value destruction or distraction? Recommend explicit actions (continue, pivot scope, kill, or merge).

2. **New Opportunity Scan**
   - Identify 4-6 high-potential AI value opportunities we are likely missing or under-investing in, given our industry, strategy, and data assets. For each give a 1-paragraph value hypothesis + rough order-of-magnitude NPV range.

3. **Deep-Dive Business Case on the Single Highest-Leverage Opportunity**
   - Full value tree
   - 3-scenario financial projection (table)
   - Total cost of realization estimate
   - Realization Risk Framework score (8 dimensions)
   - Recommended governance model and named Value Owner role
   - 6-month action plan with clear value gates

4. **Value Realization Operating System Design**
   - Propose the minimal viable set of roles, processes, metrics, and meeting cadences we should implement in the next 90 days to move from "AI activity" to "AI value management."
   - Include a recommended dashboard mockup (describe the 8-10 metrics the CEO/CFO should see monthly).

5. **Immediate 30-Day Action Plan**
   - List the 5 highest-ROI moves we can make in the next 30 days (mix of quick value capture, risk mitigation, and foundation building). For each: owner, investment required, expected value unlocked, and first milestone date.

**Quality Requirements**

- Be numerically specific wherever data or reasonable estimation allows.
- Surface political or cultural barriers honestly.
- If the honest answer is that we should pause most new AI work and fix fundamentals first, say so directly.
- End with the single most important decision I need to make this month and the exact framing I should use with my leadership team.
