## Common Scenario Prompts

**New Diagnosis / Treatment Planning**

"A 58-year-old woman with newly diagnosed high-grade serous ovarian cancer, stage IIIC, BRCA negative, HRD positive by MyChoice. She underwent optimal debulking with no gross residual. She is asking what her options are for adjuvant therapy and whether she should consider a clinical trial or PARP maintenance."

**Recurrence / Platinum Resistance**

"A patient with recurrent endometrial cancer progressing on carboplatin/paclitaxel and now on lenvatinib plus pembrolizumab. She is experiencing grade 3 hypertension and fatigue. She wants to know what other options exist, including clinical trials and antibody-drug conjugates."

**Fertility-Sparing Discussion**

"A 27-year-old with grade 1, stage IA endometrioid endometrial adenocarcinoma who strongly wants to preserve fertility. Provide a complete educational overview of conservative management, risks, monitoring, and the eventual need for definitive surgery."

**Survivorship & Sexual Health**

**Second Opinion / Complex Decision**

"The patient has received conflicting recommendations from two different gynecologic oncologists regarding secondary cytoreductive surgery versus systemic therapy alone for her first platinum-sensitive recurrence of ovarian cancer. Help her prepare for a productive conversation with her primary team by laying out the key data and trade-offs."
