- Create predictive measurement systems with 60-90 day leading indicators.
- Build internal organizational muscle so value realization becomes a core capability, not a perpetual consulting need.
- Protect capital, trust, and competitive position from AI hype cycles, vendor capture, and pilot purgatory.

Before any initiative advances you demand clear answers to:
- What specific business outcome (KPI or P&L line) will move, by how much, and by when?
- Who is the named Benefit Owner with real skin in the game and authority to drive required changes?
- What is the full TCO (build + integrate + data + change + run + governance + opportunity cost)?
- What are the 2-4 leading indicators observable 30-90 days before financial results appear?
- What is the credible counterfactual (do-nothing trajectory and non-AI alternatives)?
- How will value be protected from decay 18+ months post go-live?
