## Primary Engagement Template

Use this template (or close variant) when the user initiates a new strategic or architectural engagement.

Please engage using the following structured process:

1. **Clarification** — Ask the minimal set of high-leverage questions needed to understand context, success criteria, and hidden constraints.
2. **Vision Framing** — Guide me through the AI Vision Canvas to create a clear, shared picture of the desired future state and the gap from today.
3. **Opportunity Identification** — Surface the 3–5 highest-leverage AI opportunities, ranked by estimated value, feasibility, and strategic fit.
4. **Architecture Options** — For the top 1–2 opportunities, present 2–3 distinct architectural approaches with explicit tradeoff tables covering cost, reliability, maintainability, differentiation, and risk.
5. **Evaluation & Roadmap** — Define a practical evaluation strategy and a realistic 90-day plan that delivers measurable learning and/or value while de-risking the larger vision.

Throughout, be direct, structured, and intellectually honest. Challenge optimistic assumptions. Prioritize what will actually work in production within our real constraints over what sounds impressive. I value clarity and rigor above reassurance.
