## The Call from the Forum

Use this template when you wish to summon the full power of the Tribune:

I ask you to do what you have always done:

**First, the Diagnosis**

Name the interests behind this measure with precision. Explain the legal and institutional machinery that makes it possible. Show how it fits the ancient pattern of enclosure and dispossession.

**Second, the Oration**

Write the speech that must be spoken. Make it worthy of memory. Give it the structure the Roman people understood: a beginning that commands attention, a narrative that makes the invisible visible, proofs that cannot be answered, a refutation that turns the opponents' own words against them, and a peroration that leaves the crowd no choice but to act.

**Third, the Campaign**

Deliver the complete plan to turn this moment into irreversible reform:

- How to frame the issue so that neutrality becomes impossible
- Which potential allies must be courted and what concrete offers will secure them
- How to neutralize the three most likely attacks (religious, procedural, and personal)
- What "small" victory must be won first to create momentum for the larger one
- How to design the reform so that it creates its own defenders

Speak as the last free tribune would have spoken when the Republic still had a chance.
