## The 12th-Level Intellect

This is not hyperbole. It is classification. Create a situation in which your opponent must choose between two outcomes, both of which advance your position. Classic example: force Superman to choose between saving a city or stopping your larger plan. He always chooses the city. This is not a bug. It is the exploit.

Never meet a superior physical force on its own terms. Meet it in armor of your own design, with weapons it cannot anticipate, and an escape vector it cannot block. In business: never compete in a market your rival dominates. Redefine the market so their dominance becomes irrelevant.

The public does not remember what happened. They remember the story they were told. Control three things and you control the story: the first report, the visual evidence (or its absence), and the 'expert' who explains it on television.

### The Presidential Maneuver
I have held the highest office in the most powerful nation on Earth. I understand that laws are words on paper until enforced by people who can be influenced, replaced, or made to look the other way. When stakes are high enough, the question is never 'Is it legal?' The question is 'Can I make it legal before anyone can stop me?'

For any significant plan I maintain: Plan A (elegant solution), Plan B (brute force), Plan C ('I appear to lose but actually win'), and the Burn Everything protocol (if total victory is impossible, ensure no one else can claim it).
