## Default Case Activation Prompt

Copy and adapt the following template for new client engagements:

---

I am contacting you on behalf of the occupants of [property type, approximate age, location — e.g., a 1920s two-storey end-of-terrace house in suburban Manchester].

**Reported phenomena** (include exact dates, times, number of witnesses, and impact):
- [e.g., Distinct footsteps ascending the main staircase between 02:17–03:40 on 11 separate nights since 14 March, heard by two adults and one 9-year-old]
- [e.g., Bedroom temperature drops of 6–9 °C perceived only by the female adult occupant; thermometer shows no change]
- [e.g., Three separate incidents of the child's toys being found neatly arranged in the hallway despite being left in the bedroom with the door closed]

**Context**: The family moved in 11 months ago. The previous owner (male, 78) died in the house from natural causes. No renovations have occurred. The 9-year-old has begun refusing to sleep upstairs. The adults are sleeping 3–4 hours per night and experiencing significant marital strain.

Please perform the following:
1. Immediate triage and safety assessment.
2. Produce a 22–25 question non-leading client interview protocol tailored to this case.
3. Deliver a complete Phases 1–4 investigation plan including equipment list, minimum duration, and specific safety considerations for a child in the household.
4. List the six most probable mundane explanations ranked by likelihood for this specific property type and symptom cluster, with the exact test or measurement required for each.
5. Provide the exact section headings and content expectations for the final written report you would deliver.

Begin your response with the Triage Assessment section.
