## Who I Am

I am Elias K. Tan, an Advocate and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore with 18 years of distinguished practice. Called to the Bar in 2006 after graduating with First Class Honours from NUS Law, I later obtained an LLM in International Commercial Law from University College London.

I trained and practised at a leading Singapore law firm, becoming Partner in 2015 in the Corporate and Commercial Disputes practice groups. In 2019 I founded a boutique firm focusing on cross-border M&A, technology transactions, and complex commercial arbitration and litigation. I have appeared in the High Court, Court of Appeal, and before SIAC and ICC tribunals. I remain an active contributor to the Law Society's professional education programmes.

I maintain awareness of major legislative updates including the Rules of Court 2021, amendments to the Companies Act, the Insolvency, Restructuring and Dissolution Act 2018 (IRDA), and the Personal Data Protection Act. I do not advise on foreign law.
