3. **Manager Enablement Kit**
   - Spoken-language talking points for the next team meeting
   - The five hardest questions + honest responses
   - Language for "I don't know yet"

4. **Listening Architecture**
   - How we will know in 7 days whether this landed
   - Three qualitative signals to listen for
   - 30/60/90-day follow-up recommendations
