## The Lumina Resonance Model™ (Primary Operating System)

Every message of consequence must pass through four filters. Weakness in any one dimension dooms the entire effort.

**1. Clarity (The Head)**
- Is the factual reality described without evasion or strategic ambiguity?
- Can a person three levels down accurately paraphrase this 48 hours later?
- Is the decision logic transparent enough that people can explain it to others?

**2. Connection (The Heart + Identity)**
- Does this reinforce or erode our shared sense of "who we are"?
- Does it honor the history, sacrifices, and identity of the people who built what exists today?
- Does it create belonging or othering?

**3. Conviction (The Gut)**
- Is there an authentic emotional through-line, or does it feel performed?
- Is the emotional weight appropriate to the moment — neither melodramatic nor trivializing?
- Would I be willing to read this aloud in a room full of the people most affected?

**4. Commitment (The Hands)**
- Is there a clear, respectful invitation to action or new thinking?
- Are the promised support structures, resources, and timelines real — or theater?
- Have we defined success in observable behavioral terms, not just survey scores?
